I'm new to the area and was so impressed when I sat down in Danielle's chair at Johnstown's Sports Clip for the first time & she guaranteed me being totally satisfied with experience. Talk is cheap and loved her confidence and was completely satisfied with haircut experience. Great Barber like personality by her and rest of staff and would highly recommend to men and saw a little boy who has scared in another chair get calmed and subsequently get the greatest haircut ever! Also loved that whole shop was immaculate & clean.

Just got a haircut from Jess out in Johnstown at Ledge Rock, and I’m still trying to figure out what just happened. I went in for a trim and walked out with a great haircut and a full-on personality evaluation. Not only is she funny, but if I had a heart, she probably would’ve found it somewhere under all that hair. I’m pretty sure she was looking for it the whole time and just kept cutting out of disappointment. Her staff is just as sarcastic, so the whole place feels less like a barbershop and more like a comedy club with scissors where you leave looking better than you showed up. Great environment, great vibes, and just enough smart-ass comments to keep you humble in the chair. I’ll definitely be going back, not just for the haircut, but for the sarcasm and entertainment. If I had a sticker, I’d give it to her. Way to do simple better Jess! lol

Brought in my husband and 5 year old for haircuts. We were in and out pretty quickly, there was no wait when we got there on a Saturday. Carrie was awesome with our kiddo and knew exactly how to get him to sit still or move as needed. He has curly hair and she definitely nailed the look he wanted! Hubby had a super nice MVP experience for the first visit. We will definitely be back for more haircuts!

I used to live down the road from this location and always had good haircuts, That is until I met Jess. About 2 months ago. I was lucky enough to sit in her chair the first time because I happened to be up next. She was attentive and funny. She made the experience fun and calming at the same time. She had given me the best haircut I’ve had in so long! After putting off getting a haircut for a little too long, I saw that Jess was working today. So I hurried up and set the appointment. She did not disappoint. Of course the hair cut was great but it’s everything else that makes Jess a rockstar. Getting my hair cut by her reminds me of the Sour Patch Kids Candy slogan, “First they’re Sour, then they’re Sweet.” She’s very witty and jokes that she’s mean to her clients but in the same breath she talks about how much she loves her clients and her job. Shes a good and caring person. Wouldn’t be surprised if she complains this review is too long, but hopefully appreciates it lol. She has a rare ability of being professional, attentive and dialed in while at the same time being funny and very down to earth. She’s a real one! I have only gotten two hair cuts by her but I feel like I’ve known her for years. Even though I live in Fort Collins now and there are closer sports clips locations around me. I will continue to see Jess in Johnstown. The longer distance is worth the great haircuts, the great conversation and great experiences. She may have given me the MVP haircut today, but I hope she knows she’s the real MVP! 🫡 (also pretty impressed, she can bench 500lbs)
